At Slide Jewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury pieces. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original velvet pouch and designer box to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
